Summary
myNAT™ is a compact, sample-to-answer real-time PCR platform that uses a sealed, low-cost “iCard” cartridge to automate magnetic-bead extraction, multiplex qPCR, and melt-curve analysis. It delivers results from raw sample in ~35 minutes, supports 1–8 samples per unit (scalable via multi-unit setups to 64), and allows user-configurable open panels with up to 16 (optionally 20) targets per run—expandable to 40-plex. Dried reagents enable room-temperature shipping/storage with ~12-month shelf life, and the touchscreen workflow is essentially three steps: add sample, insert cartridge, run. It targets POCT and cost-sensitive use cases and is produced in ISO-13485 audited facilities; product safety/EMC meet EN61010/EN61326.
