 Canhelp® MDS is a benchtop, automated micro-dissection system that enriches tumor cells from pathology slides for downstream molecular testing. By combining digital pathology (ROI mapping) with a precision robotic scraper, it selectively collects tissue from tumor-rich areas while minimizing contamination from adjacent normal tissue. The result is high-purity input for assays such as TMB, MSI, LOH, and gene-expression profiling—often boosting tumor content from <10% on the original slide to >60% in the collected sample and improving diagnostic accuracy and consistency.
