LaCar provides a simplified workflow for routine constitutional genetic testing, beginning with direct whole-blood lysis without DNA extraction, followed by rapid qPCR-based analysis using ready-to-use mastermix kits. The process requires only two manual steps and supports both compact devices for lower throughput and standard qPCR platforms for higher throughput. GeneFox software automates analysis, interpretation, and report generation.
