AI 100

AI 100

Overview

AI100 is an AI-powered digital microscopy platform that automates slide scanning and morphology review for peripheral blood smears (Shonit) and urine sediments (Shrava). The benchtop unit scans slides at 400×, pushes images to the cloud for AI-assisted pre-classification, and lets a pathologist review/verify findings from any web-connected device before issuing the report. Blood smears use standard glass slides (stain-agnostic; manual or automated smear/stain), while urine uses a GS200-µ microfluidic cartridge (3″×1″) for standardized, zero-pipetting prep. Throughput is 20+ slides/hour, and the system is network-enabled with a 7″ touchscreen. Shonit is FDA 510(k) cleared and both modules are CE (IVDR) certified per the sheet.

Main features (bullet list)

Core system

  • AI-driven slide scanning at 400×; ≥20 slides/hour

  • Cloud workflow: remote review/telepathology and report approval

  • 7″ capacitive touchscreen; Wi-Fi (802.11 a/g/n), Ethernet (802.3), USB 2.0

  • Size 485×572×485 mm (W×D×H); 40 kg; max power 96 W, 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz

  • Regulatory (as shown): Shonit 510(k) cleared; Shonit & Shrava CE (IVDR)

Shonit – peripheral blood smear

  • AI-based automated blood morphology: WBC 7-part differential (with blasts & IGs), RBC morphology, platelets

  • Uses standard glass slides; stain-agnostic; supports manual or automated smear/stain

  • Workflow: prepare slide → insert → scan → AI pre-classifies → pathologist review/verify → publish

Shrava – urine microscopy

  • AI-based urine morphology: RBCs, WBC/pus cells, bacteria, epithelial cells, yeast, casts, crystals

  • GS200-µ microfluidic cartridge for consistent, “zero-error” sample prep (3″×1″)

Claimed performance (from sheet)

  • Shonit agreement/efficiency examples: WBC morphological abnormality ~92.8%, WBC distributional abnormality ~94.5%, RBC anisocytosis ~95.7%, RBC poikilocytosis ~92.4%, giant platelets ~100%, platelet clumps ~97%

Shrava sensitivity/specificity (examples): RBC 95%/83%, WBC 93%/83%, bacteria 81%/84%, crystals 88%/98%, yeast 61%/92%, casts 74%/99%
