AggreNG-40

AggreNG-40

This high-throughput platelet function analyzer is a fully automated whole-blood testing system designed for fast, accurate, and standardized assessment of platelet aggregation and receptor function. Using patented sequential microfluidic reading technology, the system performs automatic PRP/PPP separation and simultaneous testing without manual plasma preparation. With throughput exceeding 160 tests per hour, low whole-blood sample volume, broad agonist compatibility, and strong clinical correlation with reference aggregation systems, it provides a powerful solution for antiplatelet therapy monitoring, thrombosis risk assessment, and cardiovascular disease management.

  • Whole-blood platelet function testing:
Direct testing from whole blood without manual PRP preparation; each test requires only 460 µL of whole blood.

  • Automatic PRP/PPP separation and testing:
Fully automated low-speed and high-speed centrifugation inside the test card separates PRP and PPP and performs simultaneous measurements to eliminate nonspecific background differences.

  • High-throughput performance:
Throughput ≥160 tests per hour with 40 test-card positions for continuous large-scale clinical testing.

  • Sequential microfluidic reading (SMR) technology:
Patented detection principle ensures stable optical reading, precise aggregation measurement, and reduced interference from RBCs and WBCs.

  • Broad agonist compatibility:
Supports testing with arachidonic acid (AA), ADP, collagen, epinephrine (EPI), ristocetin, thrombin, platelet-activating factor (PAF), and IIb/IIIa receptor aggregators.

  • High analytical precision:
Detection accuracy down to 0.001 A using high-sensitivity photoelectric detection with dual-wavelength LEDs (496 nm and 620 nm).

  • Comprehensive reagent and consumable system:
Includes aggregation test cards, AA, ADP, collagen, adrenaline, ristocetin, thrombin, PAF, IIb/IIIa aggregators, and dedicated diluent.

  • Clinical application areas:
Antiplatelet drug response monitoring (aspirin, clopidogrel resistance), thrombosis risk evaluation, myocardial infarction and stroke risk management, perioperative platelet function evaluation.

  • Correlation with reference systems:
Demonstrates strong clinical correlation with established platelet aggregation systems in large multicenter studies.

  • Ease of use and reliability:
Automatic barcode support (optional), automated loading tray, minimal manual steps, CE IVD and NMPA approvals, and 2-year warranty.

  • Compact laboratory footprint:
Dimensions approximately 50 × 55.5 × 24.5 cm; designed for routine hospital laboratory use.
