Summary

The CFX96 Dx is an IVD-marked, open real-time PCR platform built on the C1000 Dx thermal cycler with the CFX96 Dx optical module. It offers 5-target multiplexing in a single well with reaction volumes down to 10 µL, factory-calibrated six-channel optics for sensitive, crosstalk-free detection (down to 1 DNA copy), and fast scanning. The system pairs robust thermals (Peltier block, gradient) with CFX Manager Dx software for guided setup, QC, analysis, and reporting—usable as a stand-alone instrument or up to 4 instruments controlled from one PC—suited for clinical assay use or open assay development.
